The following policy will be effective as of September 2, 2008:

UPS Service Guarantee Refunds will no longer include Fuel Surcharge

    •    Effective September 2, 2008, refunds under the UPS Service Guarantee will no longer include the fuel surcharge. The refund will only include the transportation charge and applicable pickup and delivery surcharges.

     •    This change reflects that UPS has completed delivery of the package, even if delayed.
