Group membership eclipses 1700
San Marcos, CA –April 16, 2009—PC Synergy announced today that their popular PostalMate Discussion Group has grown past 1700 members. The group, which launched in 2002, quickly became an energetic meeting place for PostalMate users and PC Synergy staff. Discussions on industry topics and PostalMate software issues have dominated this active group that finds posts logged at all times of the day and night.
“We are excited that this supplement to our support services has taken off and provided such great benefit to our users,” stated Vice President of Marketing for PC Synergy, Julianna Shapiro. “We hope this popularity carries over to other uses of online networking for the PostalMate user.”
PostalMate users log on to the discussion group to ask questions about updates, software configuration and customization as well as how new industry trends and day to day operations can be enriched by the use of more of PostalMate’s features. Comments, suggestions and answers come from other users, many of whom are veteran store owners as well as staff from PC Synergy, the makers of PostalMate.
PC Synergy plans many new web based support supplements in the near future.
